Azimut Design was born from a fully Italian production reality where artisanal expertise, technological innovation, and deep material knowledge have been intertwined for over twenty years in the relentless pursuit of excellence in designing spaces and bespoke furnishings tailored to clients and their desires.

Resin serves as the material lens chosen by the brand’s founding designers, Annalisa Lago and Francesco Benedini, to interpret an emotional habitat.
Their creations stand out for their three-dimensionality and transparency, evoking a unique and unusual sense of connection to the materials in the observer.
Azimut Design is based in San Giovanni Lupatoto, just outside Verona, in a space that resembles a grand showroom of elements where one can discover rare materials like precious metals, woods, fabrics, and fibers from around the world. The brand’s dedication to experimenting with resin’s chemical compositions has established Azimut as a leader in material knowledge and treatment techniques. The production process is lengthy and demands great precision: all materials are immersed in transparent resin and, after a lengthy polymerization process, the products are ready for finishing and polishing.

Environmental respect is at the heart of every Azimut Design creation. The designers, aware of the ecological, social, and economic importance of forests and backed by the PEFC and FSC certifications the brand has acquired, ensure that the wood they use comes from sustainably managed forests. Recycling is also a key focus, underscored by the brand’s creative concept, which elevates glass resin as a “time capsule,” granting each immersed material a new and enduring life cycle.
While high-level craftsmanship has solidified Azimut Design’s reputation in home furnishings, its multifaceted identity and innovative approach to materials have also secured its success on the international stage, leading to collaborations as a production and design partner with major luxury and fashion brands. Notable partners include Bottega Veneta, Ferragamo, Nike, Max Mara, and Galeries Lafayette.
